Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Although the product I ordered was unfortunately not suitable the delivery and refund were both very prompt and efficient. If I had to find fault it would be that the return postage costs were down to me.”

“I needed a replacement thermastatc cartridge for my shower but 5 years since purchase I had lost all relevant paperwork. I contacted Ergonomic Designs & was very impressed as they immediately identified which shower I had purchased 5 years previously & within 3 days the cartridge arrived. The gentleman on the phone was very polite & helpful. I highly recommend.”

“I placed an order with Ergonomic Design Bathrooms last summer and was really pleased with the fast delivery and the quality of the goods. Already they had earned an excellent rating. Then a minor fault occurred with one of the items and (based on my experiences with another company) I feared the worst. But the people at Ergonomics were FANTASTIC!! They went above and beyond what I expected to sort out the problem and make sure that I was happy with the outcome. The emails were friendly and understanding, and they truly made me feel valued as a customer. I have since ordered another item from Ergonomics and now wouldn't considering shopping anywhere else for bathroom fittings and fixtures. Thank you so much!! I would give more than five stars if I could!”

“Great website, lots of choice and ordering is really. straightforward . Very fast delivery, I ordered my mirror at 10.30 pm 8 Feb and it was delivered in the morning of the 10th. Would definitely use them again in the future.”

“We bought a tall unit, not for the bathroom but actually as a storage unit for the landing. I was amazed, it came practically assembled and was top quality! Even the delivery driver was great, we had numerous delivery updates and the driver called 30mins before to say he was on his way and was so lovely and friendly! We had another unit delivered from Wayfair the next day and was nothing like the quality or experience we had with Ergonomic (and was far more expensive!) I just wish they had more furniture as I'd only buy from there if they did! Highly recommend”

“Excellent customer service and very low product price are great features for any retailer and Ergonomic Designs excel in both areas. When I ordered the goods, I made a mistake which resulted in a higher delivery charge than expected. I called the company and they adjusted this and immediately refunded the excess. I can't review the product yet as I haven't been able to get help installing it due to Covid-19 rules but I am familiar with Kudos Bath Screens and I'm sure this will be a smart and efficient unit.”

“we ordered a shower tray in anti slip. the surface was very rough and it was unable to clean. there should be a better photo and explanation that it is link sand paper! we ordered a normal one and are happy now!”
