Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “**Warning** Please be aware when ordering larger items from Ergonomic Designs, these will be dispatched directly from the supplier, please save all packaging, do not rip, tear or cut any of it, should you wish to return anything damaged packaging will be used as an excuse not to process the return.** Delivery was good, but my experience with Ergonomic Design was tainted by there lack of after service, you can not talk to customer services, it' has to go through there website help desk.”

“Wish to thank Alex and Beth fir their excellent customer service and unrelenting perseverance to obtain missing parts for our shower enclosure (Order No 98916447 shower enclosure - [GHP-DXHDV-224). The shower enclosure is excellent quality, unfortunately some fixings were missing and although we had purchased the good in Dec 2020, delay due to COVID meant we only just had it fitted. That’s when missing a parts came to light. However due to Alex and Beth’s diligence this was swiftly resolved. Many thanks 🙏”

“Called them to check availability for 4 products and all have been confirmed as in stock, so I’ve placed the order and paid for it. Couple of hours later I’ve received an email saying that 2 item are not in stock and I have to wait 2-4 weeks. I,ve asked for a refund and waited more than a week to get my money back.”
