Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I ordered a shower enclosure with side and a none slip tray which I am extremely pleased with. The cubicle is to a very high standard whilst the grip on the tray is the best I have ever fitted. This was for an elderly gentleman who feared falling in the bath. One very happy and satisfied customer thanks”

“Product choice and ordering, quality of goods is great. What lets the company down is the delivery service they use. Delivery driver was going to mark the delivery as failed and leave again unless my husband with a broken shoulder got onto the back of the lorry to help lift the heavy items off. Products clearly labelled heavy - 2 man lift but come on a truck with no tail lift and one driver :(”

“Good communication kept me up to date on availability and delivery. One item was not immediately available and I was given the option to cancel, split the order or wait for the order to be completed. I choose to split order, delivery was quick which allowed me to progress the job whilst waiting for final piece to arrive.”

“Purchased a 3 way valve to replace an existing one. Was delighted when I found one made in the UK. It didn’t work. ED insisted it was my setup, the one that had worked for 10 years, that was at fault. I told them I was returning the item. ED said it would be sent back to the manufacturer to be tested before anything further would happen. No fault was found. I gave three stars because I did get my money back (minus the postage) though this seemed to be a concession of the manufacturer and not ED. I bought another from a competitor and it is working. I suspect the fault is down to the non-return valve inside, it’s too stiff. I have a pump fitted because the pressure is low but it needs some water movement to know to turn on. What annoyed me the most was the insistence that it was my system, there wasn’t any acceptance that the product could be the problem. So if that’s how the valve is designed to be then maybe the fault lies with EDs description and information. I’ll be sticking with their competitor from now on.”
