Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “One of very few places to offer the size shower tray we were after. Very efficient and professional service. From ordering our tray to receiving it, must have only taken 3-5 days. We did receive a faulty tray with a small chip in the enamel. One quick phone call and we had a brand new one the next day. Faultless experience”

“I am pleased that this company is still in operation because after 10 years, companies change ownership or go out of business. As a result, I was able to find the correct part for my shower unit. It arrived very quickly and I was able to have it fitted straight away. The valve itself is very heavy for such a small item and looks well made. What could help is for little diy videos to help us to ensure that things fit and work properly, after all, not everyone is useless and want to pay a plumber”

“Initially the wrong shower tray was delivered but this was quickly rectified. Unfortunately the waste that was sold alongside the tray did not fit (too small) and this was only discovered on installation so an alternative needed to be quickly sought. It took quite a lot of communication to get the item refunded but I believe this was the fault of the distributor rather than Ergonomic Designs who were me trying their best to sort it.”

“We'd been struggling to find brass taps for a bath in our new bathroom and the ones we could find were really expensive. Stumbled across Ergonomic Designs during our search and really glad I did - the taps arrived within 2 days, they look great and are solid, and of good quality. Really great price too. Couldn't fault our experience and will be recommending the site to friends and family.”

“**Warning** Please be aware when ordering larger items from Ergonomic Designs, these will be dispatched directly from the supplier, please save all packaging, do not rip, tear or cut any of it, should you wish to return anything damaged packaging will be used as an excuse not to process the return.** Delivery was good, but my experience with Ergonomic Design was tainted by there lack of after service, you can not talk to customer services, it' has to go through there website help desk.”
