Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Excellent product, price and delivery. We had ordered a bath and panel which it turned out were not ideal for the space (our mistake) and the returns system was efficient and fair. Furthermore delivery of the replacements ordered was co-ordinated with collection of the returns, significantly reducing hassle factor. So well done by both supplier and manufacturer.”

“Hello ED, The Product itself is excellent and exceptional value for money. However, I am extremely disappointed with the delivery company as the product arrived by van & with one female driver. Thinking she was going to receive help from myself a 71 year old senior citizen there was no chance i could not move the stone shower tray even with the assistance of the delivery driver. With the rear van platform lowered we managed to move the shower tray onto my driveway and thinking I’ll have to leave it there until the tradesmen arrive in the morning thus having to park my car over the shower tray to prevent it possibly being stolen. I am appalled the delivery company even thought they would send one driver with such a heavy item.”

“Delivery was really good with communication about times etc. However, the product is not. The pictures look amazing. Wall tap heads don’t line up - the top knob is square but the lower one is at an angle and are still continuing to drip when turned off even after multiple attempts by my tradesman to fit them. Please advise”

“Shopping online is often a trial and time wasting. Ergonomic design was a breath of fresh air to deal with. They have a telephone and i was able to briefly talk to someone. He answered all my questions was polite and knew what he was doing. I then ordered the product online, paid for it and received the delivery within 3 days just as the man said. Yes 5 stars and it was a pleasure to do business with you.”

“Excellent customer service. I ordered several products, had immediate confirmation along with a delivery date. Goods arrived when I was told they would which seems to be a rarity these days. I made a mistake with an item I ordered and requested to return it. Posted it back and the refund was in my account the date after. Superb service - I wish more companies were like you!”
