Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Ordered with a different company originally , was then told out of stock after three days so I cancelled said order ,ordered with ergonomic designs received order about 18 hours later very impressed with service okay I paid extra for the prompt delivery well worth it though”

“Our shower broke just over a year after buying it. We were then told by Ergonomic that the manufacturer would not replace it so we had to pay for new parts plus £6.50 delivery. The new shower riser arrived only for it to be a foot smaller than the original shower we bought. We are now 4 weeks into a broken shower and still no resolution. Absolutely awful customer service and product. Will not be buying from here again.”
