Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “We ordered a shower screen online , we wanted a particular size that wasnt stocked by a lot of online stores, however, we found it on the Ergonomic Designs website , and at half the cost of the other two websites that stocked it . We ordered it and within a day we were asked the most convenient day that we would like the screen delivered , we replied and the screen was supplied within 4 days . We were updayed as to te tracking . Everything was so smooth that it was a brilliant experience . My wife and I would definitely recommend Ergonomic Design - Thank you for a very pleasant experience”

“Had to return due to weight and mass of item which are only delivered kerb side, my fault I didn’t really think about how this may cause a problem. Had a very quick response from Ergonomic Designs by a very helpful lady, Beth, she understood my plight and offered me a full refund. Excellent customer service. Thank you.”

“Ordering and delivery was great although one box was damaged. Without having had a chance to report this a second one arrived without any request. Sadly our error, the products are too big so we are trying to return them. Hall still full of boxes so will update when returns have been successful.”
