Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “We ordered a Thermostatic shower set . It was delivered within days as promised. The quality of the shower is excellent The communication from the company was also excellent. No issues with the delivery either. Five star rating from me.”

“Delivered 3 days before stated which had no advantage unfortunately, just meant that I had to re-arrange my day off. Disappointing to have to pay £45 for delivery charge when having spent over £1100.😳😏”

“Clear instructions on the website and the paper work supplied within the box. Part installed and works very well very quick delivery even after ordering 3pm the day before. Also happy that it has two year warranty. Definitely would use this site again.”

“Goods come damaged and the returns process is terrible even tho Ergonomic are at fault its a joke. Expecting me to wait in from 7am-7pm for collection, like I don’t have a job to do. Would not recommend unless you want over priced damaged goods.”

Hi, I am really sorry this arrived damaged, we have arranged collection as quickly as possible to enable this to come back and refund you in full. Sadly the fragile goods courier does not allow us to book timed collections however we have offered to collect on the most convenient day for yourself and the courier does then provide eta's on the day. I do understand the frustration having to wait for the collection of a damaged item and i do apologise for this. Kind regards Ergonomic Designs
