Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “What a fantastic service! I don't normally leave reviews but this company deserve it! Ordered 33 items and they were split on 3 deliveries from different suppliers and all delivered within 48 hours of ordering, and what lovely delivery drivers too, they helped carry items and they actually made conversation. Also had to query some things before placing order, and the office team were really helpful, knowledgeable and they clearly care that the customer gets just what they need. More items to purchase and I'll definitely be back!”

“We bought stuff for two bathrooms and Ergonomic Designs were recommended by our installer as the main supplier. We had a few deliveries and all of the products arrived undamaged. We were kept informed of delivery dates, the staff were quick in responding to queries and they could not have been more helpful. They even cancelled and re-arranged a couple of deliveries on the day of the delivery at no extra charge because we had a family member rushed to hospital (thankfully OK). From my experience I cannot recommend them too highly and our installer fits a lot of bathrooms so knows the best companies to use.”

“First time I've ordered from Ergonomic Designs. Very happy with quality of the designer towel radiator, for the price it’s fantastic. Very good customer service, the kind you don’t see often these days. I will most definitely be ordering the rest of my bathroom furniture from this company.”

“The good, Ergonomic designs provide many products at a decent price and have a wonderful customer services team who are happy to help with any query both over the phone and in the shop. The bad, and what I found absolutely annoying, is the fact that when I purchased something online, I, myself, needed to be the one to pick it up. I couldn't appoint my builder (the one with a van) to be the one to pick up the products. If I wanted my builder to pick up, he then had to be the one to place the order and pay for it. So ridiculous! The only other option was to pay OBSCENE delivery costs. Due to this, I ended up using other websites to purchase products that I couldn't fit in my own car. Also, there is no flat fee for delivery, so instead of me just paying one lump delivery fee for a stone shower tray, toilet, radiators and fixings, mirror, etc, I ended up making multiple purchases because otherwise the delivery fee goes up and up and up the more you add to your purchase. One for having a tray delivered, one order for the things that I could pick up, and then having to have my builder make a purchase for me for the toilet because I couldn't pick it up on my own and adding it to the shower tray delivery was going to tack on another lump sum. Also, I didn't realise this until visiting the shop, but they don't have the majority of products there in house. I found a mirror on their website that I wanted to buy. It said 'in stock' so I figured I would just buy it when I went to pick up my pre-ordered radiator. When I got there, I found out that it was 'in stock' with the supplier, not them. So, I ended up having to make another trip there when the mirror was ready to be picked up. Also, AMEX may be taken online, but it's not available to use in the actual store. Weird. Ergonomic Designs is friendly and helpful, but a huge pain in the rear to purchase with.”

“Ordered 3 items, quickly received an email advising of a stock issue followed by a further email with updated information and the option to cancel. As it was still well before the fitter is scheduled I was fine to keep the order as it was. I then received an email confirming dispatch of all 3 items and a call to confirm the delivery date would be suitable meaning no delay on the previously out-of-stock item and everything was delivered as promised yesterday. I've checked the sanitaryware as best as I can and all seems to be intact and good condition - I'm struggling with the column unit as it's as tall as me and I'm a bit concerned about unpacking so far in advance of the fitter arriving! Very pleased with the service and, as far as I can see, all seems to be in good order - thank you. Great prices, great communication and prompt delivery.”
