Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I was pleased to find all the items I needed with one company. Most items were reasonably priced too except for one item which was £100 more than elsewhere. So I used the live chat & called to see if they would price match, I was surprised to get a blunt NO on both occassions..... very short sited customer service, will take my £670 order elswhere......”

“I posted an earlier post, ref an undelivered item, a tap from my delivery today. I posted my concerns ref not being able to speak with a member of staff from the after care department, but having to go on line (as well as sending a back up email as well to customer services) too raise my concern of not getting the missing part by tomorrow, which I did. With in 30 x minutes Lynn from Ergonomic emailed me to reassure me that my tap was out for delivery separately and would be delivered with in the hour. And it was delivered. Thank you very much to Lynn and the team, for the excellent customer care received. A 5 Star company!”
