Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Terrible. 1 week on still not received product. Paid £45 for next day delivery Had to cancel job. Had to delay carpenters, tilers, plasters. Loosing money, can't actually phone and talk to anyone. Won't be using again.”

Hi, I am really sorry the manufacturers courier let us down on this occasion, the delivery service was not advertised as next day however it should have been much quicker than it was to get to you so huge apologies for this. Sadly we are too small to have a fleet of our own and we do have to rely heavily on the distributors and manufacturers delivering a level of service we would expect. Kind regards Ergonomic Designs
