Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “After much searching on the internet for a shower enclosure and tray from the big bathroom stores I came accross Ergonomic Designs..they had the size I wanted and for a very good price too..the whole process from start to finish was very easy with no dramas and I would highly recommend this company to others”

“First class ordering service , good price and excellent communications . Delivery was very quick unfortunately the tray was damaged in transit, returned with delivery driver and a new one ordered straight away. All through this the company has kept me informed about what was happening. It is a shame that other companies do not offer this level of customer service.”

“I ordered the Aqualisa shower for a cottage we have in Devon as we have the identical model at home and are so pleased with it. The outside secondary control means the water is already the correct temperature before you enter, and the pump gives very good pressure. The service from Egonomic designs was excellent and the product was delivered in Devon 24 hours after I ordered it without additional cost, and at a significantly discounted price.”

“found company on ebay by accident but well pleased I did, got all that I was after so able to buy all in one go. a bit pricey but you get what you pay for plus it was local for us in Northampton. would recommend.”

“Really pleased with both radiators, excellent quality and arrived in super quick time.This was the second purchase from this Company and I would recommend it. The email advising the delivery datetime arrived midmorning on the day of delivery and concerned I might miss it, I spoke with a friendly person at customer services, who assured me I would not be charged for redelivery if I did.”

“Very impressed with service received- my delivery supposed to be done on one day but nobody was ablet o be at home at that day and they didnt have any issue to deliver it next day and it was in the morning so I dodnt waste all my day waiting for it. The only thing which could be imprvoved is notification part as they dont call you inn advanced to let you know about your delivery neither send you an email. But despite of it I would recommedn the company to everyobe”
