Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I called a couple of times with questions about the product and they were most helpful. Dispatch was fast. Concealed Wall Mounted Thermostatic Mixer Waterfall Bath Shower Tap is what we purchased and it looks very good. It has now been installed and works as you would expect. The hose for the shower attachment could be longer but that is my only suggestion for improvement. Overall very happy with the product and service.”

“Ergonomic Designs supplied a two way shower mixer. The mixer arrived quickly. The quality is good as described, the mixer was easily installed and has operated trouble free and drip free. Nice to have something of quality made in Britain and at a fair price. The description of the product is thourough. Dispatched and delivered quickly.”

“The two staff members I spoke to were most helpful .We have a 6 year old shower unit with a Thermostatic valve that had stopped working. Now the shower is up and running again . Thank you !”

“Price and service/ delivery were very competitive. Unfortunately one of the valves for the Beth taps was slightly bent. Our plumber has managed to use it but it is 1/8 inch out so noticeable if you’re observant!”
