“My item hasn’t arrived Royal Mail tracking has said the same for the past week,”

Royal Mail are experiencing some delays due to the pandemic and also the volume of parcels they are receiving. We are in touch with them and have reserved a replacement for you should Royal Mail inform us that they have lost your parcel, however we are confident that this will just be a slight delay.
