“Your advertisements styles are good. First thing, you brand name (trade name) is not easy to remember. If you rename to something common (easy) name would be nice. The items on photos and real items are different. You advertise when you don't have each size, based on this I wouldn't encourage my friend/ family to shop EQVVS online.”

Hi Befekadu! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We do try and make sure that products used in advertisements have a good size break available but these featured products can sometimes sell out quickly as soon as the advert goes live. We also have our own in-house photography team who take photos of the real items, picked from our stock in our warehouse. “The service was very good throughout, firstly the speed in which the order was dispatched and delivered. Despite the product being to big the returns process was simple and refund was quick. Will certainly order again”
