Hi Christopher, thanks for the review! Sorry to hear you haven't received a refund yet, the team processed this on 23/07. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to clear, depening on your bank, do if you haven't received this by end of day 03/08 I would advise getting in touch with your bank. “Absolutely rubbish, simply didn’t like the look and didn’t suit me , just wanted to return the But instead, I got penalised! With a £4 delivery charge and a £4 return charge Just cause the top didn’t suit me and I didn’t feel like keeping it I am very disappointed in being charged for these two things for absolute no reason Not happy at all”

Hi Nick, sorry to hear you weren't happy with your experience. We charge £3.99 when returning for a refund, however this id free if you're returning for store credit or an exchange. I understand that this style didn't suit you, which is why we allow customers to exchange an item for something completely different on our website, this too is a free of charge return.
