“The fan in my kitchen works well. I am disappoint with the level of noise from the fan located in my hallway. The fan in the bathroom has become very noisy but I do not know how to take it apart go see if it needs cleaning. The fans are. Very audible at night and keep me awake. I wish I did not have the bathroom fan I think that it is the noisiest. Charlie busby knifes about these problems. Thank you.”

“The unit did get rid of the condensation but we feel the unit is too close to the bedroom therefore making a draft. I did e mail to see if we could turn it off but no reply (understandable in current situation) When we are able to contact environvent we will find out how to turn it off as instructions not clear and no instruction given when installed. We have however managed to turn it down for the time being.”

“Couldn’t fault the installation or the people doing the work. But I have asked for some sort of manual for the unit and you would think I’d asked for my weight in gold as it looks like that’s impossible. My neighbours have manuals for theirs but I can’t get anything. Just being ignored now”

“Very poor customer service. We had a query about the actual running cost which we found quite high and above the figure quoted. Eventually we managed to contact an engineer who clarified the situation. The rep. who came to give us a quote did not tell us about the heater in the system. This was only mentioned after it was fitted. The actual brochure left after installation stated that the running cost of £40 referred to the heater being disconnected, Obviously you do need the heater to be connected up, otherwise cold air would be circulating throughout the house. Despite this misinformation, we would recommend the system. We have not experienced any condensation since installation”

“From the moment I received initial contact with your sales engineer,Simon,I found him and what he had to say about the product very convincing. Not in a brash way but in a confident way of knowing what the product would do. Convinced,I went ahead and ordered. The installer arrived within the agreed allotted fitting time and carried out the installation. Again, another charming ,and efficient member of your team. From the moment of installation it ‘did exactly what Simon said it would do. After settling down for 48 hours ,we said ‘goodbye’ to Condensation.That is how it has remained. I therefore wouldn’t hesitate in giving a full recommendation to the product as sold to us by ENVIROVENT. P.S. I only wish I was still in the workplace, as I would relish the opportunity to sell such a product.”
