“Ordered the 6oz flask with engraving, but it arrived misshapen. Contacted English Pewter Company with a couple of photographs of the flask and was advised to return it with pre-paid postage. It took a couple of attempts to correct the problem, but I received a perfect flask today. The customer service I received from English Pewter Company is exceptional (thank you, Michaela!). Highly recommend this company.”

“Brilliant company to do business with; from searching website, selecting an item and getting it engraved and delivered, it was seamless and straightforward. I expected it to take much longer given engraving was involved, but the tankard arrived in under 48 hours +super efficient. The tankard itself was lovely and just what I wanted for a gift.”

“I chose a monogrammed glass tankard for a friend’s 70th birthday. I am very pleased with it - the quality is excellent. The ladies at English Pewter could not have been more helpful in agreeing to delay the delivery as we were due to be away and the person who usually takes in my parcels etc was due to be the recipient of the tankard itself! The tankard duly arrived as promised the day after we got back from our holiday! It has been extremely well received by our friend. This is the second time I have bought gifts from English Pewter and will definitely continue to do so as the occasion arises!.”
