Fine overall except the engraving mistake

We can see that you contacted our customer service team and later confirmed that the engraving itself was correct. The confusion appears to have been caused by the chosen font, which can make the letter S resemble an L. Packaging was damaged to the extent it affected the actual glass packaging which I have had to throw away. Shame really as we have ordered several glasses and not had this issue before. It was too late to complain as it is for Mother’s Day and wouldn’t have enough time to get another one (if that was an option)!

Although the item sent was a good quality it was not the item ordered. The item which should have been sent was a man holding a gun shooting. In fact what was received was a shot glass with a deer in pewter.

Looks pretty fab. Unfortunately the base was bent on arrival so the goblet would not stand straight which for a cup is a bit of a design flaw... fortunately i was able to bend it so that it stood flat. The engraving was as expected. Thank you.

easy website and ontime delivery. very annoyinlgy only after i made a purchase did the website then suggest other items i might like (which id did) which meant purchasing a second time paying a second delivery etc would be been much better for this to have been suggested before i finalised the purchase

While the product delivered was very nice , the website feature to enter customized engraving is insufficient. It would have been better if there was a follow-up on custom engraving so that the buyer could view the positioniing and size of the engraving. I was disappointed in this apect, as the engaving was tiny and hard to recognize on the item, but the product was delivered in perfect condition and packaged in a very nice gift box and the item is of superior qualty.

The glasses I bought for my husband's birthday were lovely but the letter came off within 8 months so not as high quality as expected. We never put them in the dishwasher, we only used them once a week and was always careful with them.

I ordered this tankard and when it arrived the pewter initial was stuck on very crooked. The customer service was excellent I was sent a replacement very quickly at no cost to myself but the replacement initial on the second tankard was also crooked so I was sent returns labels and am in process of returning it for them to straighten the pewter initial. Third time lucky I hope!

J'avais acheté une flasque personnalisée avec son étuis et en étant très satisfait, je voulais en acheter une autre en décembre. Mais la personnalisation était sur l'étuis (qui était donc gravé) mais pas sur la flasque ! Le service client m'a répondu que dans la description du produit la gavure de l'étuis était bien précisé mais qu'en cas de souhait de graver la flasque elle-même, il fallait prévenir par mail. Je ne trouve pas ça pratique.

The flask is nice and arrived promptly. I know that it will be a hit with the recipient. However, it arrived with a big scratch on the back next to the engraving which I am going to have to polish out before gifting it.

The quality of the tankard and engravng was excellent, and delivery was quick but the item is mislabelled as it only holds 500ml, not a full pint. I was very disappointed by this but we had no option other than to present it.

The glass is beautiful but I was very disappointed the engraving I paid for was on the glass. Last time I bought one, the engraving was on the metal at the bottom and it looked much nicer.

Glass looked lovely and very well presented, however I was disappointed on how the initial was stuck on, just looked like a glue dot which could be seen below the pewter. Thought it would have been better for the price of the product.
