“The delivery of the items were very fast and all carefully and beautifully packaged. Only issue I had was that I shopped from the English Pewter company website and paid £4.99 for delivery. The same items were available on Amazon for the same price under Prime delivery. So I was bit disappointed that I paid nearly £5 more for my shipping when I could have got it for free on Amazon.”

“This was a replacement for a broken glass. I was disappointed that it was much smaller than the one I was replacing. I live in the US so the postage makes this an expensive item.”

“Beautifully presented. Only just opened and put away again for xmas but looks like great quality. Delivered quickly. Reliable! Wish I'd spent a bit more time and thought and got used the engraving service to make it bit more special.”

“Good product & service but £5.50 for delivery with no tracking is a let down. Whats the point of a tracking number for royal mail if it is only live after delivery has been attempted !”
