“I Haven't had to use the call out service, so cannot comment on that. What I can say is that after phoning for renewal, I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. I received an email invitation to renew, the process was straight forward with the added bonus of a competitive price! ….. well done and thank you Emergency Assist!”

“It was so easy to join this organisation. Their cost is the most reasonable for us. My husband and I are both retired and do very little driving these days, apart from locally to the shops etc. So their basic plan was perfect for us. Thankfully we have not had to use them yet, but will post a further review after we have had to call them out.”

“Thankfully, I have not had to use the Emergency Assist so far but, if the service I have received from all concerned with Emergency Assist Ltd to date ,regarding helpfulness,non intrusive correspondence and especially price, I really do not have much to worry about. Really impressed with the wee extras offered this year. Wonderful value at a fraction of the price.”

“I have been using Emergency Assist for a year now and recently renewed as well as getting cover for both my sons. I have has to call for assistance four times in the last year and each time the service has been faultless, always being polite, professional and helpful. I would recommend without reservation.”
