“I purchased cover via a discount voucher. It seems that Emergency Assist omitted to exclude vehicles over 10 years old from their initial offer (and mine is over 10 years old). However, they did honour the voucher, so good on them! Haven't had to use the breakdown service, so can't comment on this.”

“Cannot review breakdown service - not used yet. I was a little confused after reading 'small print', it appeared to me that the policy holder must be in attendance with the car in the event of a breakdown. I telephoned a couple of days after taking out cover to confirm this. A female answered and assured me I was wrong and it was the car that was covered, not individuals. iasked her to confirm this via email and she agreed. NEVER HAD EMAIL. (Got her name somewhere if needed I think).”

“Very slow on the initial phone call but the roadside assistance was great. Friendly driver, very helpful and arrived quickly. It’s a great price and a professional service so I’ve renewed for another year. Thanks.”
