“Called in the evening as car would not start and the guy told me that if breakdown guy cannot start it they would take me to a garage of my choice. As it was nearly 9 pm I thought not many garages open. He suggested that if possible could I call n the morning and it might be easier to get to a garage if car would not start. Called in morning at 08:30 breakdown truck arrived at about 09:15. Got car started. Excellent service from both Emergency Assist and the breakdown guy.”

“We broke down on the way from home to South Wales from Cornwall July 2018. The team were so helpful, kept me up to date on progress before the recovery and checking up on progress of the repair etc after we had been towed to a garage to make sure all was ok. Would highly recommend!”

“Called this morning - a lady was very helpful and very swiftly managed to arrange a refund of a new policy and renew my old policy so I could benefit from being a loyal customer. A very happy customer. Only thing to improve would be to cut down the waiting time when calling CS. Otherwise, splendid! Also, a great value for BDI.”

“This is the second year I have dealt with Emergency Assist Ltd. Last year I did have to call them out once and they were most helpful and courteous. Obviously the cost was also very fair.”
