“In November during heavy rain I became stuck in the mud at my caravan. I rang the landlord who said he was unable to help. I went to the village garage, who advertised a vehicle recovery service. Unfortunately they had discontinued their recovery service. As it was getting dark, I rang Emergency Assist Ltd. They informed me that they only deal with electrical and mechanical breakdowns. Disappointed that they did not have contact details of local vehicle recovery garages.”

“Very please to get recovered, just a shame it took the truck a couple of hours to get to us. Very happy with the technician from Red House, John did a great job and offered good advice too”

“The breakdown cover they offer is very good value for money, although i have not used them yet ! and the reminder for renewal came in plenty of time for me to make a decision .”

“Although I have cover, I have never had to call you out, so I'm unable to give a review of that service, however I do think it's very unfair I have just renewed my policy with you and if I have a breakdown within the 1st 48 hours I'm not covered even though my membership with you as been active for at least one year.”

“I had to wait 3.hours for recovery not the 90 mins as told But when the man arrived he was very friendly and helpful so was happy with his service”

“Just renewed - they came to my assistancevonce last year - my first year so not really able to predict how satisfied or not I might be this year! Hopefully, will not need to call them out at all”

“I have not used the service yet and hope that I do not have to. To renew the policy was quick and easy. It just gives me peace of mind when I go on long journeys to know that I have breakdown cover in place.”
