“Easily understood website, no frills cover at very reasonable price. Have not used the breakdown service yet, however as long as someone turns up and does the job that's all I expect and require.”

“Set up was easy. I'm a new customer so cannot comment on the actual breakdown recovery services however I did test the help line and it was answered in 20 seconds. That was a good response and why I gave a good rating”

“as a new customer it is too soon to have an opinion, but i thought that it would be mandatory to supply a plastic card with details for wallet. i feel this is essential”

“I was looking for breakdown cover that included home start if needed. Your site came up on the web and with a very good price for cover. I have not heard of your company, so cannot comment on service or response time. I have at this time not called for your service. So just hope if I do call on your service I will be pleased with the response. P. Green”

“The company offers good customer service with cheap comprehensive breakdown policies, The only issue which stops a five star rating is the 1.5 hour response time compared to other breakdown companies which have 45 min to 1 hour response time.”

“I (obviously) haven't used the service yet so can't comment - but the website was easy and reasonably clear, the costs were competitive, and the 50% discount was the final trigger! I also like the fact that all relevant documents are available as pdfs before you buy, and are also emailed to you instantly upon purchase. I just hope the service is as good!”
