“The ease of paying and the communication has been first class for the 3 years I have been with Emergency assist. Unfortunately or fortunatley, I have never had to call them out so I can't comment on the roadside service!!!”

“I had one breakdown during the year. After telephoning , a car transporter arrived within 45 minutes and took the car to a nearby garage of my choice. Excellent service and I was very impressed ,which is why I have renewed for this year.”

“Easy website to navigate and I felt the Premium breakdown cover was excellent value. My car is 20 years old but in very good running condition so hopefully I won't need to make use of this cover but it's good to know I have it.”

“Can not say about their roadside assistance because I have not needed it yet 🤞but found it easy to get a policy at a fair price from them so if their assistance turns out to be as good then should be no problems”
