I bought a pair of sandals on line to match a dress and received excellent service. I was contacted about a query before they were dispatched and felt that the company cared about my purchase.
I have given four stars, as I would've preferred to buy from the local shop, where I also receive excellent service, but couldn't do this as returning them for a refund isn't an option. This is ok when buying everyday shoes, but sometimes it's not possible to come into the shop in the clothes which the shoes are to match.
