Hello, Sorry to hear you have not received your element. We have not had any correspondence from yourself either via our phone lines or email? Please feel free to do so. I can see according to Royal Mail your item was delivered 2 days after you placed your order, so please check with us to make sure the address we had was correct and we can raise this further with Royal Mail. “Hi guys, can't give a proper review as the element didn't get fitted as on further inspection the wiring was totally shot so a new oven was required.”

“Service was good easy to use internet site and find what I was looking for did not go for there budget version but have tried these before from other sites and was not impressed as they don’t last long a year if lucky so have bought the more expensive option and hopefully a better result”

“When the element on our fairly old fan oven stopped working, we were not optimistic about being able to replace it. Found Element Replacement website easy to use and they were able to supply a replacement at a good price. I’ve now fitted it and oven is working again. Would also like to add that I did ring the company and spoke to a very friendly and helpful lady.”
