“I have written recently via your online form to ask about returning the item due to the fact that the problem I had was far worse than the element itself and had to replace the whole oven, but I got no reply. Normally I would not be impressed but I'm giving the benefit of the doubt due to current situation.”

“Due to Coronavirus we could t get anyone out (within budget) to fix our cooker. With kids off school it had to be fixed sis free googling took a gamble on it being the element and the information on your website enabled to to be confident I was ordering the right part number. Ordering was easy, delivery quick and great value - thanks”
