“The ordering was easy. I spoke to one of the sales team as they're was two types of element available. The difference was quickly explained and the order placed. The part arrived on time. Great service”

“The part was received within 48 hours which was great as Ransom spares said they were unable to supply the part and couldn't match the model number. I now have a working oven. Thank you very much - one happy customer”

“The part is ok and easy enough to fit. My Dissatisfaction lies with the delivery the website states place order before 9pm for next day delivery. I placed my order before 9pm Thursday and paid for nx day delivery the part did not arrive until the Monday !????”

Thank you for your order. I am sorry you were dissatisfied with the delivery. Our cut of time is 4pm not 9pm and is displayed on the home page as follows, Standard delivery or next day service available. Same day dispatch for instock orders received before 4pm. Regards Howard.

“Excellent info on the website. Quick despatch, let down by Royal Mail, who said package was delivered but wasn't- so element was missing for a day or two. This was a nuisance for Element Replacement and me to chase up Royal Mail. Maybe change carriers/ delivery company? Product is fine. Thank you”

“Did a search for the correct element on your site including manufacturer & model no. of appliance with easy, user friendly site. In identfiying then double checked on the site the spec. including dimensional & electrical spec. all again easy,user friendly access & ideal info. Order made as price economic & competative online on the weekend, supported by order recognition & in phoning (due to my availability) on the Monday, prompt response confirming ready for despatch. Prompt & accurate delivery with the carrier having tracked. Fitted with great ease & no problems to date.”
