“I purchased the upgraded Ego replacement Siemens Element. It arrived without any noticeable Ego branding and looked very flimsy indeed compared to the equivalent after market element that was previously used and lasted 5 years. Judging by the lack of robustness of the product I would suggest that it will last no more than 12 months! Similar to a product that I previously used. Cheerful but not cheap!”

Hello, I am sorry to hear of your concern. EGO elements will have the branded stamp on the fixing plate, so this could be verified. If there was any issue with you receiving the wrong element, we would have of course addressed this if you had raised it, however I would hope it was correct. As it was the EGO part you ordered, this carries a 12 month warranty. Regards, Element Replacement Ltd.

“Element fit perfectly and was delivered very quickly. The only issue was this element needs to be fit to the oven from the rear so the oven needs to be removed. This information would have been great if it was in the description for the item.”

“Smooth delivery without delay. It was easier to change for new element that fit my cooker oven grill by an Electrician. The fixing lasted abt 20mins. Am happy to be able to use the grill now and, at the moment, it's taking a bit longer to brown food being new.”

“Really quick and efficient service. We rang to ask if they stocked a replacement element for our grill and were told the part number we needed. Within a couple of minutes of hanging up and before placing the order, Tom rang us back to check if it was for the grill in the top or bottom oven, as they were different parts. The correct part was with us 2 days later. Would definitely recommend and would buy from them again.”
