“The replacement grill element for my range master oven was ordered and delivered within 2 days to the Isle of Man. I found that it was quite easily fitted, job was done within ten minutes. The order process was easy and communication with Element Replacement very good. Definitely use the company again.”

“Bought the better element of the two on offer at more money and paid £4.99 extra for p&p, that arrived with a bit of card wrapped around it, in a plastic bag , fitted it no problem. Cooked later that night and was very proud until the second night it tripped the fuses in the house and so I had to buy another element from somewhere else and it works fine and it arrived in bubble wrap inside a box and free delivery”

Hello, I am sorry to hear your element tripped. If you had of contacted us we would of course have replaced it free of charge, as it was a genuine part and guaranteed for 12 months. I would point out that it would not have been packed loose in a plastic bag. All our elements which aren't boxed have cardboard around the terminals and are bubble wrapped in a polythene bag. “There is little to say. I bought an element to replace the one that had gone in our fan oven. The new element arrived very quickly and does what is supposed to do. i.e. once fitted, the oven works. The web site did make finding the correct replacement for our oven relatively straight forward. There was a little confusion over the payment on my part but this was resolved very quickly by telephone.”
