“According to their website the element I purchased would fit my oven, however, when we tried to install it we discovered that it had four connections points and the old one only had two. While they refunded the item they would not refund the postage as they advised that we could still use it by only using two of the four connection points, something we felt would be unsafe. Not just dissatisfied but appalled at the potentially dangerous advice I was given and their response that 'it is perfectly safe otherwise they wouldn't be manufactured this way and our engineers would not advise to fit them' when I said I didn't think it would be safe to do as they suggested. I have since discovered from another site, who will be getting all of my future custom, that there are two different types of element for this oven depending on when it was made and they are not interchangeable.”

“The service was excellent my wife ordered a new element for our belling oven at 15.30 and the product was at our door by dinner time next day thanks royal mail the service was spot on and the element works a treat would use again no worries”
