Hello, Sorry to hear you were disappointed with your delivery time. Your ordered just before 9pm on a Tuesday night and chose Royal Mail Tracked 48. Therefore we dispatched it next day and it was with you on Friday. If you wanted it delivered soon we did have a quicker service you could have chosen. Regards, Element Replacement

“I had a good experience ordering from element replacement. It was quite easy to make sure I had the right one and managed to fit it, okay myself. The only reason I did not give five stars or their choice to use Royal Mail to deliver. They had told me a day and large timeframe went to expect it, but it did not arrive.. it came the next day instead. I don’t think the postage paid was any less than would’ve been to use a courier company who are better at sticking to their timeslots and easier to track.”
