“There is little to say. I bought an element to replace the one that had gone in our fan oven. The new element arrived very quickly and does what is supposed to do. i.e. once fitted, the oven works. The web site did make finding the correct replacement for our oven relatively straight forward. There was a little confusion over the payment on my part but this was resolved very quickly by telephone.”

“The replacement element got the oven going again. It was made without a spade connection for an earth wire, but as it was screwed directly to the metal casing it will be fine. Item arrived swiftly.”

Hello, I have just checked your orders and can see there was one that a refund had not gone through properly on, so I apologise and have reinitiated that. I would point out that on this order - we did not send the wrong part, you seem to have ordered the base element when you needed the grill element, which you later ordered.
