“I done a youtube tutorial on how to remove my old element. I then measured the part and from the measurements was able to find a match on the "Element Replacement Ltd" webpage that I ordered. I installed the element myself and it worked perfectly. This saved me the expense of paying someone to fix my oven or worse yet, paying to replace the whole oven.”

“I order a replacement 2.3kw element for my Neff oven. The item was exactly as described and good value. My only gripes; the element took 4 days to arrive and the packaging was not very robust. The element was in a non-bespoke cardboard box resulting in one of the terminals poking through the box. Much better would be to completely encase the item in polystyrene.”
