“Ordered an element after sending photos of my element to the company and speaking to them on the phone. Element received was the correct size however incorrect fixing bracket.However prior to ordering the lady on the phone assured me the fixing bracket was flat, however what was sent was not therefore could not be fixed. Spoke to them on the phone they said they would return it and offered me a full refund including my return postage. However today I have checked my statements and have only received £14.95 and not the £18.94 I paid plus return postage of £3.20. I did email them my receipt of postage too. Very disappointed with this company would be advising others to stay away.!”
