“Very good service and easy web site. Good choice/ range of elements on offer, that is to say both the universal as well as the manufacturer’s own brand were available. I ordered the universal version which was cheaper and fitted perfectly and works Ok as expected in my 18 year old oven. Delivered on time.”

“Ok price. Prompt delivery but unfortunately the outer grill element doesn’t work. Fortunately the inner grill element works ok making the unit essentially fit for purpose and therefore not worth the hassle of being without a grill for a longer period going through a returns process.”

“Excellent service, which also included a refund - I chose the wrong element! A phone call revealed that for my oven, there were two different elements originally installed. Posted the wrong one back, whilst awaiting the correct one, money refunded, correct elemet now fitted, very satisfied customer!”
