“The first element didn't work when I informed them of this I was told that I must of put it in wrong and they'd never had one fail before! They then informed me I would have to pay £6 if they tested it and found it was ok . Surprisingly it was faulty Mmmm. No apology tho and I had to pay £6 to send the faulty one back before they sent me another one . ???? Not very good at all !!!!!”

Dear Mr Schorah, I am sorry that you had a poor experience when you bought a part from us. I have looked at our records and as you say, this part was found to be faulty when we tested it. It is almost unknown for new elements to be open circuit but in this case it was. I will therefor refund £10 to cover your return postage. Regards Howard.
