“Bad service ordered an oven element on the 30th November. Paid for next day delivery and the element still hasn't arrived over a week later. I have 3 small children and a poorly mother in law in the house with no oven. If I'd known it would of taken this long. I would of ordered elsewhere. I know there have been mail strikes last week but no excuse for this week. Avoid.”

Hello, We're very sorry to hear of your continued delay. The Royal Mail strikes last week have had an enormous knock on effect this week, which we are careful to mention on our website. However, despite this, a weeks wait for a Tracked 24 item is not acceptable, so we have refunded the difference you paid for this service.
