“Quick delivery and quality good. Only issue was that the attached central clip needed on some models but not mine, was a bit difficult to get off. Have done this repair before but less experienced folk need an instruction set (not supplied). Worked fine and hopefully few more years out of an otherwise good oven.”

“Retired Technician and have just fitted 2 oven elements one for my daughter and one for my sister in one week! One Neff oven and, can't remember the other. Its an age thing. Used the web site which was excellent, delivery and communication, expectations exceeded. I don't have an electric oven so mine can't go faulty, He He! Overall this company can't be beaten for all the reasons above. 10 out of 10”

“Thought I was going to have to buy a new oven as we'd had this one a long time. Never believed I could still get parts for it, I was wrong! Found element replacement.co.uk and they had the genuine part I needed, there was also a budget option if needed.
