“I ordered a replacement for my oven which I have now fitted. I found the video on the website very useful. One day's delay on delivery as my package was sent to wrong sorting office but I was informed of this.”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We would like to point out that the element does not control the temperature. If you are not getting the heat you expect, we would recommend checking the thermostat or the fan motor - which could be the reason why the element failed in the first place. “When I could not find the model number for my oven listed on any website. From a phone call I received excellent advice and the element was a perfect fit. The person certainly knows his products. Definitely not the Saturday lad from other companies. Good to be able to actually speak to a real person”
