“Quick and helpful when I had a query. Small tip: our old double oven element broke (Ariston DOV317). Euronics would not fix it because their supplier could not find an OEM replacement. I found elerep and ordered an OEM element, then I called Euronics who said they would not fit it because it was not bought from them, even though it was OEM. So I unscrewed the four screws at the back of the oven, removed the old, and fitted the new one myself. Bit fiddly and back squirmy, but it worked fine and now I have a fully working oven. I also bought a little £5 oven thermometer from this site so we could check the real temperature against the dial temperature.”

“The website is superb, and very clear & concise, to search, identify, and to order the correct element was so easy, the ordering was also straight forward, and the item came very quickly & was well packaged, I found a video on you tube on how to replace the element, and it was quite easy to do, the new element is working superbly, and is so quick we have had to adjust our cooking times to suit, it must also be saving energy, as it is not on as long now, very happy with it, and very happy with the product & service !!”
