“They sent the wrong part despite me checking my model no. Etc with them. Now they will not REFUND the return costs! Expensive order as also cost me two engineer visits‼️”

Hello, I refer you to the bottom of your screenshot, taken from our product page, which asks you to compare the part before ordering as the model number alone is not enough to confirm this. This message is repeated further down the page, as it is on every product on our website. We provide photographs of the elements, with the dimensions clearly described on them, to allow for a physical comparison to be done. Regards, Element Replacement Ltd

“I needed a replacement 1300w bottom element for my CDA oven. A supplier I had used previously only offered a 1000w element, which was incorrect for my oven model, plus it was more expensive than the one I (eventually) purchased from ER Ltd. Ordering was easy and delivery was as promised. I will definitely be a returning customer if and when I need to.”
