Hello, Sorry to hear you didn't receive an email - it is Royal Mails system that should deliver that. However, your order was placed on a Wednesday with Tracked 48 delivery method, and was delivered the following Friday, so the delivery time is what we would of hoped for. “Element in my fan oven died so I googled a replacement element, these guys came up and seemed to be the cheapest I could find. Ordered the element and paid for 48hr parcel force which arrived within the specified time. Unfortunately upon opening I found the wrong one had been sent and being a Saturday they were closed so I had to wait till Monday to call them. I explained the situation and they sent out another one which arrived quickly. I now have a working oven. Mistakes happen and they rectified it quickly once I informed them what had happened, I would use them again.”
