“Thank you for stocking a replacement for what is now an old oven. Order tracking great and delivery very quick. However it did not fit snugly as the connections come from a different side of the coil and makes the element thicker than the original one. The back plate of the oven now has to hang from the top two screws rather than be secured top and bottom”

“The quality of the replacement grill element was excellent but as with previous replacements the lateral bar that stops the element from dropping at the front end and rests on each side of the grill space ribs is short by 8 to 10 mm, not a big deal to fix by adding something each end of the bar to hold it in place but the design just needs to be a bit longer.”

“After having gone through 3 poor quality, cheaper elements in 18 months, I decided to buy the original quality one. At initial installation it showed a similar brighter colour due to higher temperature in the same area where the other ones failed, but only time will tell if this one will last longer. I sincerely hope it does though.”
