Hello, Sorry to hear that. This is an issue with these particular ovens I'm afraid, the elements do not last long at all. You will want to ensure the fan motor is working efficiently. The element you ordered was a genuine part, so you cannot get a better quality element. Please bear in mind genuine parts come with a 12 month warranty. Regards, Element Replacement Ltd.
