“1. The Firenzi cooker round element that we required was easily found on line with only knowing the diameter of the ring, wattage and centre to centre distance of the securing plate. 2. The item was delivered within 2 days and also ordered a pack of ten self tappings screws. 3. Old element removed and new element fixed, taking care to ensure that the electrical feed cables did not fall behing when spade was removed. 4. I could not find the model number before which is on the RH side of the oven door. 4. Thank you for an excellent service and saved us much time. I know where to come should we ever need cooker elements.”
