“Having decided to make the most of lockdown and staying at home, I decided to upgrade my hifi. Bought superb Denon amplifier that covers all potential input sources. Shopped around and was impressed by the ease of using the website, the free delivery and the competitive price. The only thing to mention is that in this instance the price was really good, but I'm looking to buy another item now and am finding them priced the same as their competitors, so do your research and don't be persuaded by an offer like "Sale, £70 off" because it's clearly not a true sale when others are selling at the same price.”

“Buying experience was excellent with prompt feedback on the status of the order and its expected delivery. the only serious letdown was that although the courier was supposed to have asked for an ID before delivering the parcel which had a value of approx Stg 700, the parcel was instead left outside the flat door without even a ring on the doorbell to notify the recipient. The parcel could have been easily been stolen by anyone of the neighbors on the same floor.”

“Good service arrived as per schedule. within the 5-7 days. Only one small problem the cooker had a dent in the top right hand corner of the casing gradually getting smaller going into the centre of the casing for about 6-8inches. I decided to fit it anyway because it looked to small to affect the fitting or the working of the cooker. I did take pictures before I fitted it.”
