“I was very nervous using this website for the first time. We normally buy all our electrical items at John Lewis, but their customer service has been appalling and we have cut all ties with them. We purchased a Sebo Hoover. Firstly they had the best selection I could find, with several models to choose from. The price was only a little more than John Lewis, but with all the ‘extras’ John Lewis do, it worked out cheaper. It was in stock, and with free delivery, arrived one and a half days later! Delighted. I have no hesitation in recommending them and we will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you to everyone at the Electric Shop.com.”

“Really happy with the service and great price when we purchased our Sebo vacuum cleaner. Only lost one star as the packaging on our vacuum bags we also ordered was slightly damaged on arrival. It didn't effect the contents so no problem”

“Ordered Denon N10 + speakers in white. I was soon phoned by Mark to say the only speakers in white they had were damaged but they could send black or grey speakers. I choose to wait for an all-white set and was told to phone back in 10 days if I hadn't received anything. The all-white set arrived before then so excellent service. Only 4 stars because the Denon boxes were a bit battered but the inner product was fine. Will set it all up this weekend. Thank you Electric Shop.”
