“After two failing TVs, my daughter, a parent of two, screamed "a school half term without working Televisions!" As a concerned Grand mother, I seized upon the opportunity to use Electric shop for a much needed affordable 50 inch TV purchase..Service was Fab, customer service agent was friendly & knowledgeable. Also, updates on delivery was appreciated..The smiles on the faces of my 16 & 7 year old Grandchildren, said it all.. Thank you Electric shop. You've save the day and made my family very happy😊”

“I came across the Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner while searching on Google, at discounted price. It is the first time I have dealt with this company and it won't be the last. The communications were excellent, the vac being delivered within two days. Harry aged 77 years from Cornwall.”

“This was my second purchase with this company (having bought a mini system a few weeks prior), I was impressed with their customer service / after-sales support previously so will always check them first when looking for new equipment. Great experience again. Delivery was quick, free and without problems and the speakers are great and were cheaper than anywhere else online.”

“My experience was really lovely when I was doing the order online everything was simple and straightforward but I was more happier because I got a phone call on a Monday advising me about my order and what to do when it arrives before I sign for it the gentleman I spoke to was very lovely and friendly and helpful even when I got the delivery and the delivery company the driver wasn't nice to me when I called him he was so helpful on the phone and apologize on the on behalf of the company and I was really pleased I will definitely recommend the electric shop to everybody and my product is very very good the quality of my TV is excellent”
