“Recently purchased a Denon Hi Fi Amplifier & cd seperates . Upon delivery it was found that the cd player was faulty. Upon contacting the electric shop the issue was resolved very promptly with a replacement unit being sent out and the faulty unit Collected. Cannot fault such a 5 star response to the issue and would definitely use this company again”

“Firstly, the website was easy to navigate and I found the specific item I wanted pretty quick. Secondly, the price. Well on the item I bought, Denon CEOL RCD N11DAB, was considerably cheaper than on any other site I had visited. Thirdly, when I hit the buy button I was informed that the system would be with me in 3-5 working days. I ordered on a Thursday around 4pm and it was up and playing in our lounge by 1pm on the Saturday. Nothing to fault with the "electricshop". Good service all round. Cheers Guys”
